Call Forward Immediate

Call forward - *72 and phone number you wish to transfer too – press send
Release forward - *720 – send button ( listen for dial tone ) and press end

Call Forward No Answer ( not always available )

Call forward - *92 area code and phone number you wish to forward too – press send
Release Forward - *920 – send button ( listen for dial tone ) – and press end

Number of Ring Tones

*94 - Number of rings ( 1 to 9 ) – press send ( listen for dial tone ) – and press end

Voicemail Set-up

Dial 1 - area code and cell number ( ex 1-403-555-1234 )
Press send button
Enter password ( initial password is your area code and cell number - ex 403-555-1234 )
Follow prompt message to change your password and to set up your outgoing greeting

Retrieve Voicemails from a Landline

Dial your cell number
Wait for greeting to start and press *
Enter your password

Bag Phone Programming Instructions


Power bag phone on
Press FCN ( function ) – 0000000000000 ( 13 )
Press RCL ( recall )
Press * until display either shows 000 or 403
Enter your area code
Press * twice ( display will show 0000000 )
Enter cell number
Press * until display shows 01
Press SND ( send ) phone will reboot

How to program the phone number into the SX5T


This procedure assumes that the network’s PRL and PRI settings are already pre-programmed into the device.

1.    Connect a standard phone to either phone jack of the SX5T.
2.    Pick up receiver, listen for dial tone.
3.    Enter Service Mode by entering # * 0 * <SPC> # ( where SPC is the 6 digit Service Provisioning Code or Master Subsidy Lock for that particular unit ).  Then you should hear a different dial tone.  Leave phone off hook and continue with steps below.
4.    Enter # * 36 * < MDN> #
5.    Enter # * 34 * < MSID> #
6.    Hang up the phone
7.    Perform a test call
